“Driven Auto in Burbank is the go-to place if you’re looking to buy an EV. I purchased a Tesla Model S from them in 2023, and they took the time to explain everything about the car. At first, I was a little skeptical, thinking they might just be telling me what I wanted to hear to make the sale. But they gave me the full history of the vehicle, including the fact that the battery had been replaced with a brand-new one by Tesla.
When I later took the car in for routine maintenance, the mechanic confirmed that both the battery and the drive motor were brand new—not rebuilt—which made me feel even more confident about my purchase. Because of that great experience, I went back and bought another Tesla for my wife, and once again, the team at Driven Auto was transparent and informative about the vehicle’s history.
So far, both cars have been great. I would highly recommend Driven Auto to anyone looking for an honest and upfront experience when buying an electric vehicle.”

Each purchase the customer service was excellent, especially with my last purchase where I found a car in another state and they shipped it to Illinois so I could test drive with no obligation to buy it. When I decided it was the car I wanted it was a delay in getting the title cleared but she continued to communicate and even when it took longer she offered to find me another vehicle similar from another location that I could get.
