Art hussler quoted me $2900 for engine mount replacement and said it was going to take 18 hours of labor to do such a thing. After receiving this quote, I took my vehcile to my local garage. Told them what the dealership told me and dropped it off. The next day I got a call from my mechanic who told me there was nothing wrong with the engine mounts. Not only were they going to try to charge me an extortionest rate, but it would have been an unnessesary repair. Either they are incompitent, or theives. Yes the vehicle was involved in an accident at one point in time, that still changes nothing here.

If you're looking for a vehicle go see Paul Draper. He's very professional and he is not pushy. We drove several vehicles and he was very knowledgeable about them all. Justin Costello in finance is a nice guy. Works quickly and listens to the customer. If you're a nurse and like pens ask him about his pen collection. 😉 We left with a Jeep and some rubber ducks, clean vehicle, with a great warranty coverage.

My Husband and I stopped in Art Hossler’s in search for a truck. It just so happened they had exactly what we wanted. We would like to thank Paul Draper for his professionalism and swift service. We also would like to thank Justin Costello (Finance Manager) for a pleasant experience and the few chuckles. We were in and out of there in 2 hours. That had never happened before at other Dealerships. Nonetheless we will definitely be going back there for our future purchase’s and spreading the word to everyone we know.

I went to art hostler auto with kind of a tricky situation with a vehicle that I needed to get out from under, and I'm here here to tell you the sales rep I felt with was absolutely wonderful, very helpful and explained things in easy to understand detail. Thee whole team worked tirelessly on the whole situation until I was able to drive off of the lot with my 2021 Ford escape a very nice vehicle I'm so grateful for that. I highly highly recommend this car dealership. They are personable and not out to rip people off with lemons. What a blessing thank you art hostler dealership

Place didn't do their job they looked for the easiest repair and ripped off my wife. They also didn't call and ask if they could do something to the vehicle they just did it. Horrible communication and bad customer service. Good to know dealerships love up to their name of being scams.
