Was coming here for all my oil changes and tire rotations but one day I came in they had to have a new tech working but still no excuses he should have been supervised and or they should have fixed the problem completely. I got my tires rotated and when I got home two of my hubs were missing called them back later that day and they couldn’t find them in the shop. They ordered two new caps I got them a week or so later all good. Then a few more days go by and I’m detailing my vehicle and notice that on the opposite side of my truck that there are missing hubs on my other side because it’s a two part deal but wasn’t as noticeable. Called them to tell them and he ordered. Checked back a month later said the other part of the hubs were on back order. It’s been months and haven’t heard anything.

Service department is always very helpful and accommodating whenever I have taken my vehicles in for work. Appreciate Craig and Wes and everyone in the shop and office! Thanks for all you do. This was probably the biggest reason I purchased my last vehicle there. Shout out to the sales department and all they do.

bought a car there for my wife had it 3 weeks. Needed multiple repairs from brakes, to parts for the motor. Then had to fight for Manufacturing warranty with the dealership. Then was told multiple times by their service department that vehicle repairs would be done on this day and that. Pretty much had to keep calling until they finally decided to move to a faster pace on getting the car back. (You would think the dealership would double check these used vehicles before selling them)
