Kimberly was so polite so helpful from switching from a horrible company that would never answer the phone. The website was always down. It was so hard to try to get your tank filled. Kimberly was just AWESOME to answering all my questions and constantly kept in touch with me. Through the whole switching process from my old company to Hicks Gas I would give her more than five stars if it allowed me to! The Customer Service world needs more Kimberly’s in it!
