Thankful for Kim in Canton. I had a major discrepancy with my bill and she sat on the phone with me until we found a resolution. Gotta love a friendly and knowledgeable customer service agent!

Run away from this company. Run. They knew I was a new customer (bought a house that already had a Hick's tank) and neglected to tell me about pre-buying propane at a set price. So last winter I got to pay out the a** at list price in the middle of winter. I have now switched to FS and they have been incredible. The old Hick's tank is still in my driveway after 2 months of it being pulled. Not surprising, they probably don't have any new customers that would need it!

I would really like a 0 star option.Unreliable.. RUDE!!!.. I was told that they can be rude to customers due to the fact the phone rings nonstop and the person before me might have been rude to them so they can carry that energy to the next caller.. manager told me he understands why they act like that.. Told multiple times they would fill my tank, and I was on a route, they never show up. They will go next door but never to my house.. My gas had run out twice due to them not filling me up after told they would. Manager argued with me on that, even though I've had to miss work twice for them to restart my gas in my house from running out... manager just wants to tell you "he will make a note of it" when you call...Asked multiple times for contracts and don't get them. I'm charged 13 cents more a gallon than my mother in law next door for the same amount....SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!

Couldn't ask for better service. We moved to the area and had another gas company. The other company's tank leaked really bad. When we called to report this to the other company, we waited 15 minutes on hold with music. I'd rather do business with a company that is personable and reputable.We are very happy.

I have been using Hicks gas for a few years now. I have recently moved to a new house and needed new equipment. I have always been pleased with their service and equipment until this past few months. I have been contacted 3 to 4 times on a supposed delinquent account. I have spoken to Judy and believe the man's name was Dwight and they have all claimed the I owe money on equipment that I have not been using. The guy installing my equipment name is Tristan I have also spoken to him and he himself has confirmed that I no longer live in the house that they were trying to charge me for and that I have the equipment paid off in the house I currently live in. I had given Hicks gas the name and number of my landlord 3 separate times once in person and twice over the phone and they have failed to contact her to switch it over. I contacted my landlord today so she can call them herself and over the phone Judy was very disrespectful and was trying to put the blame off on me for not paying a bill that I owed on. I'm very disappointed in the fact of how disrespectful this company has been over a situation that they themselves have failed to handle in the correct manner. I used to recommend this company but I will never recommend them again and will possible switch companies once my year of payment is finished as other companies have offered price matching. I'd rather have a respectful company that knows how to handle their finances and treat their customers with respect. I would put 0 stars but I have not always had this problem. Tristan did a wonderful job on his part but the office people are very disrespectful and seem incompetent on how to do their jobs.
