A lot of the employees were really rude. Including one of the managers who refused to let us get a Hy-Vee card before checking out. He made us wait until after we paid so we didn't get any of the deals.

It's a good place, but the parking and the way customers act aren't great. Spaces are too close. Constantly get door banged by non parkers. Other than that and outrageous prices. It has what you need.

Had to stop in to grab something to bring to work and really quickly. Soon as we fast walked in the door, a man yelled "we close in four minutes" we said ok we know, we know what we want. Then rudely said over the intercom I need the shoppers to come to the register for your purchases, we are now closed." The young cashier was nice and friendly and the manager guy who locked the doors acted irritated to let us out and like it was a big deal. Used to be a pleasant visit there. I don't know what happened ??♀️

Hy-Vee has nice workers and good service, but no bike racks so me and my friend had to go home and walk back with no bikes

Prices continue to rise. Most deals now involve Hy-Vee brands. Seems customers are being highly encouraged to leave popular brands but many Hy-Vee brand foods are worth the try
