Super nice people. But!! They keep nothing in stock. Everything is ordered and any fixes have to be sent in to be replaced. Then there's the wait to get in for a appointment or pick up new/ repaired hearing aid. Way to much time down with out hearing aid. To much money for how much I have waited to get in for appointment or just pick up new / repaired gearing aid.

9/4/2020: Real Shady, unless you do not plan or returning for whatever reason. Without going through my long story, Went to return my hearing aids within the 30 days and was told that I have a 20% return fee along with the shipping and handling cost which is signed with my initials. 20% is the total cost of the hearing aids not the $1,000 put down for ordering. The 20% came to $649.00 plus shipping and handling (whatever cost they want to put on that). Sadly for me the original $1,000 deposit probably will not be returned to me unless they see how shady this really is.
