Great place to workout, and conveniently located on the square in Canton. I’m impressed by the amount of new equipment, and even some that I can connect with my Apple Watch and iPhone. The place is secure, clean, inviting, and open 24/7! I would definitely recommend others’ to join and start your journey to a healthier and more energetic you. (I promise that no one paid me to write this).

MTZ Fitness is in the lower level of my apartment building. Even though it's a smaller gym, it does allow 24/7 access, which makes it very convenient for my 5am cardio workouts.They offer a wide array of machines and there are plenty of treadmills, ellipticals, etc.About the only drawback that I've noticed so far is that I haven't seen locker rooms. Instead, the have community shelving for personal items.

In my opinion it is a wonderful gym with many different packages. Down town experience and small town convenience!My suggestion start your day with the gym and coffee with your friends. Then take the opportunity to shop the small businesses along the way.
