**WOULD NORMALLY BE A 5 OUT OF 5 STARS***I have always been greeted with a smiling face that is shortly followed with a friendly, 'How can I help you today'. Most employees, managers in specific have ALWAYS gone above and beyond for their customers. Making it specifically, our store of choice to order all of our replacement parts we use at our shop. Order to pickup has always gone smoothly which is very impressive considering we gross $15,000+ (and growing) in sales orders yearly.Sadly, about 2 weeks ago I was picking up an order for a customers vehicle..all is normal. I walk to a new employee (not going to name anyone) that undoubtedly went against EVERYTHING I stated above. She treated me with the most disrespectful and WORST service I have ever had from any O'Reilly's in the country. I stated my boss's name and and asked if we had any orders in (Which I was contacted earlier that morning, saying that we had two orders in).She looks at me with an attitude and says nope after looking only at the front desk pick up area. Knowing I had orders in, I replied well I'm pretty sure there is something in for us. Can you please check in the back. She starts getting all worked up asking what it was, who ordered it and a bunch of other information I never needed to know before. So I confusingly say I'm not sure can you please just look in the back....She starts yelling at me, saying that she doesn't know what I want her to do. The parts are obviously just not here yet; to come back tomorrow. At that point, I was helped by another employee which went directly to the back and saw the two sales orders that I had came to get.LONG STORY SHORT: Not long after I was treated the same way, by the same employee, with the same attitude. We are considering other options for suppliers for our replacement parts. Made me never want to step foot in an O'Reilly's automotive shop ever again because and only because of this certain employee
