My doctor called in an Rx on Monday, I went to retrieve it a couple of hours later and was told it should be ready in an hour. I went back 6 hours later and it still wasn't ready. I was told it would be ready on Tuesday. Tuesday a.m. I checked the app and it said my Rx would be ready on Wednesday? What!? I called the store and was assured it would be ready by 12:30 on Tuesday. I pulled into the drive thru at 12:35 and was told it would be another 20 mins. I explained I had been there 3 times to get this Rx and was told so many things that I called in that a.m. and was assured it would be ready at 12:30 and I was on my lunch break so I couldn't wait the 20 mins. The lady was rude but did go and get it filled while I waited. I wish I could say this is the first time this has happened but it is about the 3rd. I am switching back to Walmart. Walgreens needs to step up their game!

They are rude and disrespectful! I have really bad pain cause of my teeth and they are giving me some meds for pain relief... They put it in yesterday right... I call today and they say "your on a list" and she said it so rude! And Im like I can't sleep at night... I'm miserable! "Well your gonna have too wait there's people ahead of you" so I just said okay whatever and hung up! DO NOT use this place as your pharmacy!!! They are disrespectful!

I have always been happy with Walgreens pharmacy. But lately they have really not been good. May have to switch pharmacies.

I have a script I need to take daily, if I don't I get debilitating migraines and my mental health spirals. I lost my current bottle (my fault, I know) and called my doctor and the pharmacy in a panic. Doctor approved another refill, pharmacy tech assured me I'd be able to get it to following day. Big surprise! The pharmacy is closed. I guess I'll just... suffer? I wish I could say this is my first issue with them but it isn't. This pharmacy is never there when you need them, I'm switching to Walmart.

The photo department is very rude and incompetent almost always. Many times they have messed up photo orders and always none the customer. Not even just me but the people ahead of me in line are always treated poorly.

I usually do my shopping here. Easier for me to walk to. They stopped taking my insurance or I would still be getting medicines from here. Staff is usually friendly and store is always clean and organized

Had a issue with new insurance not covering persciptions. One of the staff was very blunt and snooty about it. Not necessary to be rude to long time customer.

I can't say how thankful I am for Walgreen's in Canton. My parents are both in the high risk category, my mom has a lot of anxiety about leaving home. My dad just had surgery and has developed a fever and needed meds, and also wanted a chair for the tub so he can shower. Walgreen's worked with us so my mom doesn't have to go in at all, she just has to pay for both at the drive through pharmacy and drive around and they will bring it out. Living in Colorado having Walgreens go above and beyond for my parents is a God send.
