I have a bank account here and have called several times just trying to speak with a person and it rang maybe 3 times and connected me to a banker that also only rang 3 times and sent me to a voice-mail that was recorders by a banker that said I could not leave a voice-mail, goodbye. Wth. The only way you can contact them is apparently in person within their hours. Hopefully you don't have a first shift job or else you will have to take the day off.

The people are always friendly. Never a line. My only issue is that it's so far away! I live in Peoria and this branch is the closest to me but it's 30+ miles away!

Update: I was able to contact the branch and we managed to do the thing I needed to show up to do.It turns out I could reach less than half the Wells Fargo locations I tried. To the extent this is a problem it is clearly one that goes far beyond this specific location. Normally I suppose it doesn't matter—you can just go to the nearest branch. But it really sucks when the nearest branch is a day trip away!

Went an hour out of our way on a trip to have my wife added to my existing account which can apparently only be done in person. No one appeared to be actually doing anything except one teller. Was told I would need an appointment and the next one was nearly an hour later. No explanation as to why we needed an appointment and generally unhelpful. I'll never be back to this branch and likely Wells Fargo will lose my business all together over this.

all they ever do is put hard pulls on my credit score not just one it 3 or 4 at a time then tell me I have to many hard pulls iv got 10 times the credit from out side banks then well Fargo im ready to change banks 10 year of not missing anything payments wise they done nothing for me to help me build credit 733 score and only use 10 % of any of my credit cards

Everyone at the Canton Wells Fargo branch has always been friendly, and welcoming. The branch manager, Zach is truly an awesome guy. He has helped me so much financially over the years through education and guidance. Excelling my FICO score over 300 points in a matter of 3 years! It all started with Zach referring me to a secure credit card with Wells Fargo. After a year of using the card responsibility, my deposit was returned and my account was changed to an unsecured card. I now have the Active Cash credit card with 2% cash back on every purchase, which adds up fast!The tellers and bankers are very friendly and make me feel welcomed and important. I know Wells has gotten plenty of flak from people, in fact, I’ve seen people get angry and belligerent with the staff, when it’s almost always the customers lack of proper documentation or something that the staff C can’t help them with for legal reasons.I also have confidence in the institution’s new upper management that has really turned the bank around from the previous administration and the damage they caused. Wells Fargo has shown dedication and devotion to weed out the fraud and deception from the past and has been more transparent with their customers. So I believe the bank is stronger than it has been in a long time.My personal experience with Wells Fargo has been exceptional! Thanks to the education of credit, how it.works and achieving the best results to increase my FICO score and referring the best products that fit my needs.Thank you Canton Wells Fargo staff for your exceptional service!. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! ???

You probably want to do your business at an another branch. Alyssa is great! However, two other ladies were way too rude, while enjoying their social time at work. I had to get back to change the $100 bills for newer ones, as the ones I got from them were cramped, and the big lady (with brown hair and ponytail) was judging me by starring at me. I was obviously was polite to ignore her. But she turned to her coworker (the short hair lady in charge of drive-through) and raised her eyebrows implying that I was demanding. Mem (big lady)! You and the other girl were doing practically nothing but chatting about whatever going in your life. You are PAID TO WORK HERE. It is definitely Ok to socialize at work. But, you have no right to be rude to your customers. Again, this is your job mem.

I simply can not say enought about the employees at this bank. Christine Stafford and Zachary Maher are to be commended. They went the extra mile for me in helping me with a wire transfer to purchase my new home. In all the years I have banked with Wells Fargo I do not think I have encountered anyone more helpful than they were. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!!!

I would not recommend Wells Fargo in Canton, IL. I took my deposit receipt out of the cannister, but didn't see my driver's license and debit card in the bottom of the tube. Therefore, they got left in the bank cannister. The next person behind me, stole my driver's license and debit card, and then illegally used my debit card. I went back to the bank when I realize I didn't have my cards, and they refused to help me in any way. I asked them if they could at least look at my account and see if my debit card had been used since I left them in the tube. She said "Yes, the card had been used". Then, they refused to cancel my card, even though they were the ones that told me someone was using my debit card. They gave me a phone number to their fraud department, and told me to go home and call. When I called the fraud department, they were shocked to hear that the bank refused to help me. They said Canton Wells Fargo should have canceled the card, and issued me a new temporary card. I ordered a new card, and that card was never received.
