“East Moline post offices always very professional and needs more post people but overall I've never really had a problem except maybe getting somebody else's mail and somebody else getting my mail but for the most part they have great professional attitudes and the people that answer the phone are very helpful. It's kind of weird I've been seeing mailing on Sundays but I'm not sure about that I think it might just be because of the holidays??.”

“Today 11-24-21 @345pm a woman with long grey hair and glasses went above and beyond my expectations for customer service! My Amazon package got delayed right before thanksgiving. Which was so sad it was my mom birthday tomorrow and I wanted to give her the present in time. So I went in figuring they couldn’t help me.
