Our experience has been absolutely phenomenal. We needed storage rather urgently and the staff were accommodating, friendly and helpful. The units were clean and well maintained which was really important to us.

I rented a unit for about 2 years. There were no issues, no sneaky fees or anything. I feel like that's rare these days. I was very happy with AAA Safe Storage. I hope I don't need additional storage again but if I do, this is the first place I'd go to.

Not as safe as the name implies. My unit was broken into and I lost my valuables. Reported to police and nothing happened ever since. There was no CCTV and I don't get any reimbursement as I guess the storage is not insured. The owner told me there was another unit broken much earlier.

We got a unit there because the website says 24 hours a day and we aren't always able to go in the day. It is not 24 hours and the guy was rude when telling us at the gate. There is a gate and cameras in front for security but rates do reflect that.
