Just had the worst experience with AT&T they promised credit for my old phones but I never received it and now they say they can’t find any record of my old phones. I turned my phones in to the store manager and even talked to him the day I did it!
They were sure happy to get my business but they were very poor in delivering what was promised to me. I had to call corporate to help me. This mess is far from over and in the end they are NOT cheaper or any better from the previous company I left. Beware people, GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING because this store will NOT take care of you .. all they want is your money!

Went to Carbondale AT&T yesterday & had excellent service. Store rep Garrett, is very knowledgable, & took care of my finances phone problems, & sold me a new I phone & set it all up. Thank you !!

Desiree the store rep that helped me was very informative and helpful. She was prompt in her responses to my concerns. She addressed everything that I came into the store for and even helped with issues I wasn't aware of. I've loved AT&T since I switched over and Desiree has always been my go to rep/manager to call on.
