We had a 3 queen bedroom. It was sort of a weird room, with a half- wall partitioning off one of the beds but still part of the room. It had two tvs really close to each other which was odd. Overall it was an okay stay that offered breakfast and was a good distance to campus.

We’ve stayed at this hotel before and had a great experience. The place is clean (the elevator floor seems to always be sticky - probably from people bringing juice from the dining room…). This most recent time, I discovered a really cool room - 3 queen beds and a pull out couch for nearly the price of a 2-queen room. There is only one bathroom, but there is a second in the lobby. Your key gets you access through multiple entrances, so don’t worry about parking in the back. This hotel seems to have a bad rap, but we’ve never felt unsafe in any of the times we’ve stayed there, the staff are friendly, and it’s really nice to have a multitude of breakfast options. Definitely saves money!

1st king room, nothing worked. No TV and no phone systems working in the building, replacement run was 2 queens. It was okay.Lots of frog activity out back and side also night each night, they hung out on the hotels smoking/picnic area behind the hotel. Partner was scared both nights when we were out so I could have a cigar. That was only drawback.Rooms: No working phone system in the hotel. TV wouldn't work in 1st king room, staff couldn't figure out why. Had to change rooms at 830 in the evening after all king rooms were sold out.We checked in after 3pm, unloaded car and went back out looking at houses. Came back for the night and had to pack everything up and move, to a smaller room. That was a Thursday night. Stayed another night to get a look at houses again with realtor and the price doubled to $200. If it was a plus, yes, but this was no plus. Other than that, it was inside doors and breakfast was ok. Hot and cold options. That Friday night, I decided to use the points I had collected the last 2 weeks on the road which brought me up to diamond status.Random note.Seems every hotel chain uses the same liquid eggs and gravy. Also, ever since I made diamond status, all the 'welcome to best western, and thank you for being a ---- member. (As elite, was always thanked, offered 2 waters, 2 can't bars or 500 points). Made diamond and I'm not thanked, or offered anything. Pretty weird. I should ask to go back down to elite status for appreciation. We were on the road 29 days with 25 of them in a different motel across 6 states and 3 chains, (IHG, BEST WESTERN & CHOICE).We were ready to be back in Texas and in Our own bed. JOMO (just one man's opinion)

Got a room with a King-sized bed, yet wound up with pillows that were meant for a significantly smaller bed. It was better than sleeping outside, but I still woke up kind of groggy and distorted from the lack of comfort. Staff and breakfast were good though, and the bed it self was fine, just wish the pillows were more significant given how much I paid for the room.Nearby activities: There's a D&D themed park near by that is really cool. The abandoned mall is also a pretty neat sight to see.

Remodeled old school narrow-room BW with the sink in the room foyer and the toilet and shower in its own room. Bedding was impeccably clean and the mattresses were reasonable but not luxe. My daughter and I stayed her two nights and enjoyed ourselves. Upgrading the guest room doors to hushed sealing will add greatly to guest comfort.

The panel covering the bathtub pipes fell off exposing the pipes, the door lock was broken, the refrigerator wasn’t cold, and the room overall didn’t smell fresh. We told the night desk manager about the exposed pipes, door lock, and refrigerator. She quickly moved us to another room but was unable to discount our room rate, told us we’d have to speak with the day desk manager. We spoke with the day desk manager when checking out and he did discount our room.In the morning, the breakfast area was out of regular coffee - we were told the expected delivery of coffee hadn’t arrived and they were unable to make more. There was in-room coffee but it did not taste good.

we booked a room for 1 night as we were attending a wedding. we dropped our things off in the room and headed out quickly. when we got back to room 100 there were bugs in the room. we left a cockroach under a cup for them, sorry. soon as we saw more than a few insects around we packed our things and left never staying the night. sorry, bugs in the room is a no go for me.

Nice place with friendly staff. The room was clean and well maintained. But the beds are hard as rocks. Did not sleep very well as a result, and my hips were sore the next day.If the mattresses were a little more comfortable, this would be a 5 star review.

The hotel was good for the price. The rooms were clean enough. However the front desk person had a hard time navigating the system. While our room was fine it looked out onto some AC units and smelled like the restaurant below. Even more, the parking lot was pretty creepy. It felt unsafe and I was uncomfortable with my car parked there. There were groups of people hanging out around the liquor store coming and going and wandering through both parking lots. At one point a very strung out individual came over from one of the liquor store groups and began aggressively looking for handouts from my family.
