Im terrible with names! I came in today on a busy Saturday! I was greeted by such nice staff. Especially Kaitlyn?? I think was her name. She helped me pick out a cute outfit!! She deserves the world and so much more so so nice. Her smile and kindness made my day! ? I’ll definitely be coming back!!

I love buckle so much despite there prices (because the quality is great) the store is always clean and everyone is friendly. The only thing I don’t like is I like to pick out my own clothes and they always try to make me try things on and I never can get the things I like because they flood me everything they pick so I get overwhelmed and leave empty handed because I don’t know how to tell them nicely that I would just like to look at stuff for myself. So I guess what I’m saying is there a little to assertive when it come to trying to help customers shop because my friends family etc have all said the same thing. I love buckle so much and I know they mean well ?

Today's business practices never cease to amaze me! For the last 5 years, I have only purchased my jeans here. On January 16th, 2023 I called regarding a pair of jeans I purchased in October 2022, that has the rear end ripped out and a hole in the zipper. I paid 80.00 for these jeans I believe. The employee "Annette" explained the 60-day return policy. I explained I looked on my buckle credit card and that these were purchased in early October. She said to bring them in and we could go from there. January 17th I did just that. Long story short they wouldn't adjust the price for new ones or give me a discount. I asked if there was a way to give me a 10% discount on a new pair. The employee, not Annette said no She couldn't. I asked as a consumer am I not worth 8 dollars off a pair of jeans I paid 80 dollars for 100 days ago? And she said no. I left her with the jeans and a dumbfounded look on my face as to why I'm not worth 8.00 dollars to a company I have spent several hundred dollars with. I own a business locally, and I would never lose a customer like this. Very sad to see businesses not care about their customers. Sorry buckle you are no longer worth my hard-earned money to invest back into your company. You should be ashamed.

I like the store. I've always liked Buckle. The salesmen was good too. Walked in for a pair of shoes and ended up buying a watch as well. I wish more places like this were still in the mall.

I really love this store! It's my favorite clothes but my lord is it expensive and they like never ever have deals and specials going on otherwise I would shop there over all the other stores I typically shop at (Maurices, Hollister, etc)...
