“I’ve been using finish line car wash for about five years now. Typically I go to Marion location, but since I’ve been spending more time on campus and at work in Carbondale, I have been going to the Carbondale location more recently. This location is fine but today was my first day actually interaction with some of the staff and I would have to say that it made the experience so much more enjoyable. I feel like customer service is a dying skill, but Alyssa helped me today and she provided that old school customer service that makes a customer feel welcome and for one appreciate that I guess the only complaint that I have is that a car wash always bend my front license plate”
