The fella with the lazy eye knows how to sling a chicken sandwich. Don't even try coming at noon, or whenever class gets out, though. You'll be in line for 30 minutes.

I had a gift card and I couldn't use it. I was told that they don't accept gift cards there because of the students and some type of special that they have for them. There is no other Chick-fil-A close by.

Really good food, customer service, & not bad of a wait time either.

Great service and the food at this Chick-fil-A is fantastic! The line is always long but they typically will get you through the line and with your food in just a few minutes. I'm very glad this was on campus while studying at SIU.

Does NOT accept gift cards. I came here after a very stressful week just to treat myself for once and come to find out that they accept everything, even SIU debit dawg, but no gift cards for whatever reason. Had to use my gas money to pay instead.

Food is good, of course. Parking is easy just use the visitor parking outside, mildly Nnoying location but worth it

Great food, salty French fries, and crispy chicken. So good. The only downside to this Chick-fil-a is that it is super busy. The cashiers warned me that it is busy and there is no seats left. Luckily, a person gave up their seat cause they were finished. They served the food very fast compared to the part they were very busy. I greatly understand it being busy because it seems to be pretty new, plus Chick-fil-as are just always busy. Lastly, there isn’t much Chick-fil-as in Illinois. I understand though if you got bad service, but be kind. It WAs VeRY BuSy.

We like these places as a welcome alternative to burger chains. Their chicken sandwiches are better than anyone else's offerings.
