We rented a place from Parrish Enterprises four years ago. Every problem we had have has been taken care of in a timely manner. When we had a financial problem we where treated as we where wanted. Dan and his crew of people have been great to deal with. I do recommend others to them.

Slumlords should be renamed parish pros, three years of paying for maintenance and I have only seen the maintenance guy 4 times. Those times after weeks of calling and asking for assistance.This guy loves to charge for work he won't do.

I've rented from Parrish Enterprises the past year and I have nothing but good things to say about my rental experience. Whenever I had an issue, they were quick to respond. My duplex was well kept by the company and I can sincerely say this has been an enjoyable rental experience. Thank you Parrish Enterprises!

I lived in a Parrish enterprise house for 2 years as myself and my roommates were attending SIU Law and we experienced zero issues. The owner is one of best Landlord's I've ever had, as he is not only accommodating but quite funny and quick to help! I referred not only my little brother to Parrish enterprises, but multiple other people as well and I will continue to do so! Carbondale has quite a few slumlords, but Mr. Parrish and his business are not one of them!
