Storage facility is nice and have been using this location for years. However the rates keep going up and I was unable to access my unit for a few weeks while the place was being repainted/stickered and was still charged for the full month. When I spoke to management on the phone about this I was put on hold for 20 minutes and gave up. Likely going to take my business elsewhere.

They got plenty of storage in the receptionist was quite helpful when it came to get my free lock that was offered online for taking a reservation and paying for it online as well as explaining how to get around the facilities.

So far, my experience has sucked!!!! I haven't been able to us my gate code to get in. Then customer service was gave me 6 different temporary codes to use and they didn't work either. I go back the next day and my gate code still wasn't working. Finally, a temporary code works. I haven't been back to try my code because it's a lot of wasted time and money going back an forth and nothings working.

Things seem to b running smoother than last year. My only complaint is that every 2-3 months i receive an email informing me my rates are going up $10, for "rising cost of employees". THERE'S 1 EMPLOYEE! Rate has gone from $75 to $130 n about a year.

The people I talked to on the phone was nice and professional but I did have to wait on hold for 15 to 25 minutes each time I called to get help. It would be helpful if there was a staff member on site to assist.

My mother used this storage for over 25 years, but under different management. I just recently had to get my own storage unit so I chose here. Unsure of what happened to the old management, the new management sucks; or I suppose really the lack there of. Someone used to be on site to help clients, nobody is here anymore. Customer Service over the phone really sucks. Also, the security gate is stuck open and doesn't close. Starting to wonder if I made the wrong choice for my storage unit needs.

This is my first time ever renting a storage unit. There was no representative on the premises and I didn't know how to open the unit. A quick call and a representative answered immediately and gave me instructions. The facility and unit was clean. It has a security gate, cameras, bright lights, and is 24 hours. I've heard stories about storage units having mice. This one didn't have any evidence of mice and I like the fact the unit came with a bag of mice bate in it. I appreciated that!
