I am an international student and I needed a checking account, so the bank employee helped me with everything and did everything he could to assist. More than happy with my experience — I would definitely recommend it to my friends!

Unfortunately, the staff is excruciatingly unwilling to cooperate. I attempted to deposit, not cash, but deposit a check from selling my car and they were reluctant to accept it. My name is on the check, my name is on the account, and my car was sold to Subaru which was in the memo. I'd love to recommend a bank that is willing to accept your money and allow you to make transactions, a bank like Chase. I've had each account for years and only have had problem after problem from regions. It's sad but unfortunately I will be closing my account after the severe difficulties.

I saw another review of this specific branch of regions saying they're inefficient and that they had to wait. First of all they have some nice chairs in their lobby you can wait in but I've also only ever waited at most maybe five minutes and that was because I was early to an appointment. This specific branch is actually really good at what they do.

Update / Question: is there a chance this branch is ever going to have real people in a drive-thru again? I am just so aggravated by always having to use the lobby.I am basing this rating on the dissatisfaction of the branch changing over to a techy/automated service model. Any time I have needed assistance at the outside atm’s there has never - not even once - been an employee available to me even after trying multiple times. I have to go inside and handle my business since there are no real drive-thru tellers anymore. For me it is a real pain because I have a savings account here and so I have to go into the lobby every time I visit. There is always a wait. I am all for technology but not at the expense of a good customer experience. This new design clearly is not working. Please bring back on-staff drive-thru tellers!

Here at 9:38. As I get out of my car I see a gentleman walk his elderly wife or mother out of the car and I grab the doors for them. Inside are 4 tellers and a greeter... and 12 people. I'd rather drive to Paducah which is over an hour away than stand here and wait. I ask if they'll ever consider a drive thru for convenience and they tell me they have atm machines outside... to which I decline because they cannot always count money accurately and if there is an issue you're waiting for the people who service this machine to get your disputed money.This specific branch is inefficient, while basking in all that's modern. Their old branch had a drive thru... and it worked. To earn the one star I'm giving them, they're open today... which the next 3 closest ones can't get that recognition, but they do have drive thru's so that would be something so 72 year old individuals don't have to get out and shuffle in while out in this cold weather.Time out 9:56. I was at the teller a total of two minutes. This is a sad way to bank.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. When they moved to this location they got rid of all customer service. They would rather you use the ATM or other electronic ways to bank. There is no way to stop automatic payments from bringing you into the negative. We have since switched to Chime, an actual online bank with no brick and mortar location like Regions wants to be, when we got into hundreds of dollars in overdrafts because of automatic payments that Regions let through. I do not recommend Regions.
