You cannot talk to somebody on the phone. You'll get a voicemail they may or may not call you back. No personalized service, if something doesn't get filled you don't find out till you get home. And they're extremely rude and unprofessional.

Had a terrible day and needed to make an emergency stop for medication for my partner. Donovan was very kind, attentive, orderly, and explained to me the insurance issues I was having in a way I understood. I wish every experience I had with a pharmacy tech was as good as here!

They are rude and unprofessional. I was waiting for 3 days on one of my main meds to be filled. The app kept saying it's "being filled", finally I went up there. Apparently there was an issue with it, was never notified, and they said it says not to call me. I told them I never said not to notify me, plus I never received at text either and I am DEFINITELY in their system for notifications. Not to mention instead of combining all of them into one big bottle, they give me like 8 tiny bottles. Only pharmacy who's ever done that.

The pharmacist is rude and unprofessional. She did not refill a prescription for one and a half months; She kept changing the prescription details to secure herself after hanging up the phone on the customer. All that I hope now is to get my prescription corrected to its original so I can get my medication from somewhere else.
