If you have the option to use a different propane supplier, do not choose FS. The Carbondale office never does their job. We pay every single month just to be left with an empty tank in the middle of winter. Best you’ll get is a “sorry”.

They don't tell you the filling dock closes at 4pm anywhere online. Had to find that out the hard way when I got there a few minutes past. they didn't care.
