I moved here in September of last year. So far, the landlord has been very responsive to my needs. Relatively nice park.

Not for a family with kids, more like for college kids always has laundry music playing all hours of the night and the land lord does nothing about it.

For a mobile home park in a college town its ok. The homes are in pretty good shape and there are lots of lovely trees all over the property. The drive ways/roads are rougher than a cob, but it's not like your car is going to bottom out.
