Jennifer is amazing! I have gotten lashes and hair done by her! She is a all in one for me. I have been going to her for four years. I love my haircuts, color and extensions. She is a 10 out of 10! I highly recommend her!

Jayli is an absolute magician with hair! Not only is she an incredibly talented stylist who always knows exactly what I want (even when I don't), but she's also just the best human. Every appointment feels like catching up with a great friend – filled with laughs, good conversation, and of course, leaving with the most amazing hair. Seriously, if you're looking for a stylist who genuinely cares about your hair and your experience, Jayli is your person. I can't recommend her enough!

Jayli has done my hair for 2+ years now and I have had the absolute best. For a natural redhead my hair color is starting to go brown as I get older and she helped me out so much with getting some red out back in my hair! Highly recommend her to new clients!

I’ve gone to Tonic a couple times. I do book with Jayli. She has such a fun personality and makes the appointment warm and salon inviting! I’ve had a wonderful time at this salon. My hair cut is simple but she always cuts my long hair into beautiful layers and face frames just how I like it. Thank you Jayli!

I've been coming here on and off for over 20 years. Stylists come and go but I've always been able to find someone who would cut my hair the way that I like it. I scheduled an appointment with Jayli. It was the worst experience I've ever had at a salon in a very long time. I told her I was growing out my pixie into a short bob. I wanted my hair to be consistent front to back as close to a short bob as possible. She proceeded to hack hack away. She did not wash my hair, she cut it while it was very oily and dirty. The sides are incredibly uneven. There is no blending between the sides and back with the back being incredibly uneven. When told her I was not happy with my hair, she ask me what else she can do. I asked her to even it out. The sides don't match the back. It's not blended. I can see cut lines. It looks ridiculous. No one would ever know I went to a salon because this looks like I did it myself. What was supposed to make me feel better because I was already hating my hair enough as it was, you made it worse. So thank you for the horrible experience.

I went in for a hair appointment with Emily because I had seen some of her work and liked it. But 12 hours later, whole weekend wasted, and out $200 for literally nothing. My hair was green, blue, orange and grey. Literally 4 different colors! And not one were the color I wanted. I simply wanted some light blonde put in my hair but that’s definitely not what I got. I had to box dye my hair back myself because it was too late for me to get in anywhere and I could not walk around looking like how she left my hair. She made it seem like I had miscommunicated what I wanted. But when I went back to get it fixed I literally told her I just wanted to at least get it all the same color so I didn’t look like I had 4 different types of color in my hair and she said well i miscommunicated what color blonde I wanted. There was no blonde in my hair!!! My hair was anything but blonde!! I loved her as a person and she was great to talk to but she just didn’t know what she was doing at all. My poor hair went through way too much and it was so healthy before! And then she proceeded to block me after she told me I could contact her if I wanted to come back for her to try to fix it for the 3rd time!!!! Really?! Will definitely not be going back ever.

Jayli always does my hair, she does exactly what I ask for everytime. She gets me in quickly and I’m in and out of the salon in a very reasonable amount of time. Everyone in the salon is so nice as well! Highly recommend this place!
