Yesteryear Tobacconists is a beloved hometown tradition in Carbondale, offering a wide selection of fresh tobacco and a well-stocked humidor since 1991. The business is known for its exceptional customer service, with knowledgeable owners who special order from smaller growers and blend all their bulk tobaccos in-house. Customers praise the outstanding cigar and pipe tobacco selection, as well as the friendly atmosphere and great conversations with the owners. Yesteryear Tobacconists is widely regarded as a premier tobacconist in the region and one of the best in the country.
Wonderful shop with a large selection of cigars and accessories. Bruce is a great way to burn some time because of the great stories. The wide variety of custom blend pipe tobaccos provide just about any flavor profile you’d want.

As a grad student years ago, Yesterday was a civilized haven away from the mischugas of academia. Bruce is a true mensch and a maven. Buy things from him you'll be happier for it.
