Normally I don't have any issues with CNB I was very upset at the fact that the tellers at the drive thru have different sets of rules in regards to the policy's. When I requested the document showing the actual policy's I was told No. I was disrespected and treated in a manner that no one whom provided their business should be treated! I have called the main branch and they are very upset! It's time to look for a new bank. One that will value their costumers!

Our family has banked at CNB in Carlinville since the 1940s. We have never had anything but amazing service. We are thankful for such a wonderful Community Bank. They weathered the storm of many Bank closures during the housing crisis,. They not only survived, but continue thrive. Keep up the great work...and thanks to you all!

I have been trying to access my accounts for several days. Today it final quit with the error messages but refuse to accept my password. to number to call on the error message said this number is not in service. If I cannot rely on you I need another bank, being kept out by multiple means indicates serious management and or severe IT problems we should have at least received a message about Dr. David A Camp
