“I been coming here for awhile now and so far no issues. I will say that during COVID-19 there has been only 1 or 2 usps employees at this location,So that may have something to do with them not being able to answer the phone. The employees are friendly enough no complaints there either.”

“Very Nice Customer Service. I have been using the Mossville post office for the last 5 years and all I can say is the post person ( I believe her name is Terri ) has always been polite and very professional. I have had to wait in line on occasion and have seen her interact with customers and have never witnessed her being rude or short with anyone. Always pleasant and taking time to talk with folks. I know she has rules to comply with that she has no control over. Maybe the person who gave her the one star review didn't comply with the rules and they didn't like it. I know for a fact this postal employee has given her own money many times to pay postage for mail and packages for veterans and charity groups. There are some people in this world who can't be pleased and with social media they can put out whatever they want whether it's true or not and that's a shame.”
