This Walmart is literally the most conventional Walmart ive ever been to, its every well suited for a town and for the nearby Carlyle lake which is perfect, everyone there is nice to you and so are the people that shop there, I always stop there before I go fishing for the day

Walmart -Carlyle, IL My husband is visiually impaired & I am temporily disabled. Went grocery shopping there for the 1st time today. there was 1 checkout lane open, the rest were self-serve; before we could pick up an item from the pharmacy dept and get right back the checkout lane was closed. we asked the woman at the self serve if that lane was going to reopen she RUDELY told us to get in the self serve lane. We were not there to do-it-ourselves! We do not look like we need assistance but we do. When I complained that we needed assistance same rude lady said to get in line and someone would help us. (That is not the point. The only benefit to self service is to WalMart, not it's customers). Finally a supervisor got a worker to help us. The rude lady advised me it was her job to keep the people moving! sad state of customer service at Carlyle WalMart. We will stick to Schnuck's, Dierbergs and Target. We had a large order. And as we were leaving rude lady opened the checkout lane'

They don't care about people with disabilities. They expect you to do your own check out and bag your own groceries. It's so bad. Iga 100 percent better
