“I went to the Carlyle store to get some information on pricing before adding another family member to our plan with a different carrier. Logan was very helpful and we immediately decided to make the switch. Came back a week later so phones could be activated and Logan and Austin were quickly able to assist in activating our families phones and canceling our other carrier.
A week later I went back with some questions about my phone and syncing issues. Logan and Austin worked relentlessly to figure out the issue. The entire time I was in the store, all employees seemed helpful and kind. Such a great experience. Highly recommend the Carlyle store.”
