The woman worker was exceptionally great on letting me know the process. The dog wash room is in the back by the tires, just $10 and there’s not a time limit or an appointment necessary. It does close an hour before the store closes (that way they have time to clean the room). You can pay before or after, I chose after so that my pup could pick a toy.
Otis is a large 65lb German shorthair pointer, and there was plenty of space for him. Lots of products ranging from towels, shampoo (even sensitive skin shampoo), conditioner, pet wash gloves, de-matting gloves and brushes, and even a drying station. What I found nice was the ramp underneath the tub, and there’s “tables” that can be adjusted inside the tub to make it higher, if you have smaller pups.
