Been there several of times to get propain and it's always something. Lastnight 10/18 excusse was we have no one here that can fill tanks and tonight there excuse was sorry we close in 20 min. What a joke.Get a better staff.

I was hesitant because I have never taken my dog to a store, let alone a dog wash myself. But we never grow unless we try lol. The woman worker was exceptionally great on letting me know the process. The dog wash room is in the back by the tires, just $10 and there’s not a time limit or an appointment necessary. It does close an hour before the store closes (that way they have time to clean the room). You can pay before or after, I chose after so that my pup could pick a toy.
Otis is a large 65lb German shorthair pointer, and there was plenty of space for him. Lots of products ranging from towels, shampoo (even sensitive skin shampoo), conditioner, pet wash gloves, de-matting gloves and brushes, and even a drying station. What I found nice was the ramp underneath the tub, and there’s “tables” that can be adjusted inside the tub to make it higher, if you have smaller pups.

On Tuesday March 4 2025 at around 6pm. Went to check out dog pens and asked one of the workers which was a young man that had a black jacket on. No idea of his name when asked for assistance he threw his keys down and said I guess I can help. Then when he got to the back where the boxed pens was he was roughly moving things around. U could definitely tell someone had a major attitude. Someone needs to learn how to treat customers better thank u. The cashier which was a older gentleman was very pleasant. No complaints about him. Kudos to his customer service

Took our dog in for a bath, no towels, the drain got clogged and when the guy came in he said I know this happens a lot and we have to plunge it sometimes. There were no brushes so we bought our own while being there. Then there wasn't any conditioner. Worst experience ever.

The bad review is not due to customer service, it is due to the poor Firewood product they have been selling for a few months now. Last year they had spectacular Firewood, perfectly dry and ready and easy to light, the one they have now is hard to light and bad for cooking.

I walked in and there was a guy playing on his phone. I wasn't greeted and they told me they didn't have something I was looking for. After wandering around I found said part. This store is dirty and has gone downhill in the last month. I definitely won't be returning.

The employees are absolutely the friendliest and most helpful people I've encountered in many, many years! They actually are nice to you and try to assist you even if you walk in 5 minutes till close. And I'm ashamed to say that I've done this on near every occasion.. sorry just some people's personalities.. and I'm one of those people. Born early & always late! ??

Looking for an inexpensive wooden bird feed, they didnt' have any in stock.Found the bird food at a reasonable price. I also found a wind chime that suits our home perfectly and it was on sale. Loss-WIN-WIN.I probably should have looked earlier in the season for the bird feeder. I'm still looking.

What can I say. Tractor Supply normally have the small town charm but this one being in a small beautiful town it just has that little extra. Wife first time in there so she kind of of we crazy on the buying .Every step of the way we got help with any questions and they were all very respectful.
