Came in to talk about my bill and to go over promotions. I was greeted by Darien who is alwaysa pleasure. Very friendly and willing to take the time to explain things that I can understand it. My experience was great.

Darien was extremely helpful and friendly. He went above and beyond what we expected and spent a lot of time helping us. He is awesome!We had to order new equipment as our mobil hotspot. This meant another trip into the store. Today we talked to Chris who was also amazing! When we got to the store, he was already helping 2 other customers, but he immediately greeted us and before long, he was working on our problem, too. Somehow he managed to take care of all of us at the same time and keep his sanity. The Carlyle store is fortunate to have both Chris and Darien working there. Kudos to both of them!

I had the absolute worst experience with Chris at the Carlyle store. He did not care to spend any time trying to figure out my phone issue and cost me $230 in unnecessary replacement costs!
