“I wish I could remember the gentleman who helped me out this morning. I drove from Pittsburgh to Illinois and arrived at 630 with a bad coil pack. I was sitting the lot before they opened. He came out scanned the car. Got the parts and I had the coil changed 10 mins before they opened. I can't remember his name but I'll never forget the gesture.”

“Great service. Doug the owner opened the store for me on a Saturday. He closes at noon but I got ahold of him at 3:15 and he was right there. I will tell anyone to go there first. Also better parts for the same price as autozone. Or sometimes cheaper. Yeah auto zone has a lifetime warranty but you will be changing that part over and over for a lifetime. Anyways thanks so much Doug for taking your time on a Saturday to help me.”
