They don't like to speak in person to customers. Tried to change a mistake and after a 25 minute wait and a second 20 minute try I just gave up! I don't think they are very interested in helping people.

CVS pharmacy in Carmi has the worst customer service ! I am a very nice person but I went there twice to get my medicine I have been out of for 4 days..waited in line forever..called in advance to make sure I could pay cash for it ..and still don't have my medicine!!!!

Chatty Cathys that obviously can't provide a service that they're getting paid to do.I'm pretty sure you're there to provide "customer service" not chat your day away while people are waiting to get helped.Useless workers

Went in to the pharmacy. Was greeted by a sweet girl behind the counter named Paige. She was so pleasant and was eager to help me find anything I needed. Their little store is lovely and very clean. Ms. Paige deserves a raise simply because of her smile and willingness to help.

they are friendly, kind and respectful. they do not treat u unkindly or with attitude when it's time for your prescription to be filled or picked up. thank you Cvs pharmacy employees in Carmi. you go above and beyond. thank you!!
