My son dropped my laptop and broke the screen right before he was to use it for E-Learning. Glitch Tech was quick at answering my questions, getting it in for repair, and now I have it back and even better. Thank you so much!! I wasn't sure how it would during the current situation. I contacted Austin about getting me some various parts for a custom PC I was building. I received responses immediately after contacting him. All the parts were exactly what I was expecting, very fairly priced, and I received all of them within a week of ordering. I'm highly satisfied and wouldn't hesitate to contact him again for any issues I have or any parts I may need.

They do the best job of repairing mobile devices in this area of Southern Illinois. As a Google guide who has been to many, many places and who has reviewed more than his fair share of shops this one is the best. I had an uncommon model of phone which was not made in the United States, and they managed to repair it early and to make it as good as if it were in factory condition. It is a beautiful phone to begin with, and if you need assistance with how cell phones and tablets really work this is the place to go to. They are extremely serious about the work they do and they aim to be “professional” and to do things right. This is not a place where you have people who simply slap a phone back together because they know how to. This place does things properly and correctly.

They do an extremely good job of repairing phones. I have an uncommon model, which isn’t made in the United States. They went the extra mile to repair the thing; the damage was very considerable. It was not an easy phone, as I am a computer science student myself and I did not have the ability to repair it.
