“There needs to be a way to rate the overall experience. While the pick up location itself was great, and the folks were very friendly and helpful, the fact that I had to go to that location was a complete and total failure on the part of U-Haul. I reserved a trailer that was 5 minutes from my location. I was called the day before and told not only was it not available at that location, but it wasn't available in that city. The pickup location was an hour EACH WAY from where I was supposed to pick up. The $50 discount was a nice gesture, but that doesn't compensate for the 2 hours I'll never get back.”
