My girlfriend took her Yukon to them they told her it would be a week well it took them a month and when she did get it back they had left numerous electrical plugs unplugged as well as the radiator none dry it started over heating within the time to drive to her house which is 4 blocks. Took it back they went over it did some things said good to go. Then she starts to leave town and it just dies. They come out pull it back to their shop and say the fuel pump is out, then call and say that the catalytic converters are plugged so they "clean them out"and say they think they figured it out that #5&7 pistons and rings got hot from the catalytic converters being plugged and have no compression and they have to be replaced so she says make it right, so they supposedly replaced the rings and pistons only for her to get it back and it have a miss and be smoking like a freight train. Now they don't wanna make it right and told her that her vehicle is not allowed back in their shop and the $300 dollars that is left owed they will just take a loss on that. We offered to take it to another shop to have it repaired right and they could foot the bill and they said they wasn't doing that either so guess to court we shall go.. I didn't have the option for no star's or a Negative star.

I have been going for years to Webers Auto. AJ, Aaron, and Jason are knowledgeable with all your automotive needs, and Mandy is a doll at the service desk. I would highly recommend Webers for all your automotive repair needs!

I was 1000 miles away from home, and my truck was running hot. I already knew what most of the problem was, but was putting off the repair until I got home. The situation worsened until it had to be fixed. After looking online, I chose this shop. I can't tell you how pleased I was with the overall experience. I was treated courteously, a fair estimate was done for the repair, and the work was done within my time frame, to return home. This is a quality business, and I can't recommend it high enough.Service: Engine repair

CONSUMER BEWARE!Took my diesel to them for repairs (fuel mixing with coolant in 6.0, among other things). Due to their horrid work, my truck basically imploded. Decided to take elsewhere only to spend $9,184 to fix the damage that Weber’s did. On top of that, found out they were using used, cheap parts from Ebay but had charged me as if they were new, premium parts.Going back further, took truck in for rear rotor, caliper and brake pad repair. They proceeded to tell me that the rotors were good, just needed to replace the calipers and brake pads. After 7,500 miles, the calipers are now shot as a result of divots and corrosion on the rotors that they missed. Yes- 7,500 miles and I now have to pay someone else $1,000 to fix. Over $10,000 to another mechanic, after paying Weber’s $5,700 over the previous 18 months for them to just band aid issues instead of fixing them.DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR VEHICLES!Services: Brakes
