TJ was an absolute pleasure to work with. He patientiently answered all of my questions, talked me through all of the options and explained the process of installation. We ordered serveral columns and were very impressed at the quality. Months later when we needed shutters, we returned to Architectural Mall and I asked for TJ. He worked tirelessly with me to achieve the look I was seeking, including additional sketchups for clarification. I would highly recommend their products and the service I received was top notch!

I have worked with Sergey, on a project to replace stone with a fiberglass cornice. Because of Arch. Mall attention to detail, this was the first historic preservation in our city, where fiberglass replaced a stone that was not available. Sergey has also been great source of information to pass to design professionals. I would recommend Architectural Mall any time.

The owner Sergey and the whole of architectural mall is very professional.My experience went very well with this guy he works well and fast and does a high quality job. He is always on time, communicates good and deserves more than 5 stars 10 stars . I recommend him to everyone who needs anything within the work that he does. Terocatto stone, fiberglass , colums and so on. - i am the owner of a well known company in nyc europa general contracting corp.

I had an extremely unprofessional experience with the owner Sergey. I’ll admit that our bank issued checks incorrectly, it was a situation beyond our control. The bank uses an automated 3rd party to issue a check and something broke. I overnighted new checks and they were cashed. The bank pulled the funds from an incorrect account which was not an organizational account. Despite rectifying the issue in a timely fashion, we received a series of disrespectful and unprofessional emails from them. Again, this was not in our control, we called the bank and verified and they still sent the check from the incorrect account.
Some of the comments included calling us “stupid” and advising us to “leave accounting to the pros,” along with other derogatory remarks. This kind of communication is not acceptable, especially from a business.
After reading multiple other reviews, it’s clear that our experience is not unique. Others have reported similar issues with unprofessional communication. Just read the owners responses to the reviews. He hides in plain sight.
He threw temper tantrum and decided to illegally revoke our warranty. He also keep molds that are custom to us as a final coup de grace. He also threatened a lien even after we paid. We even offered to cover additional fees but nothing would satisfy this guy.
We apologized and promised to rectify the situation for future work, but he was not interested.
I would strongly advise potential customers to be cautious when dealing with them.
They do good work, but the owner is unhinged.
I will remove the review if they respond rationally, apologize, unvoid our warranty, and give us an option to obtain our molds.
Edit: Wouldn’t expect anything less in the reply. We had one story which is the same story told here. We have more than enough funds to pay the check, they were taken from the wrong account. One, and only one check bounded. The other was canceled since they tried to cash it an take an extra $7,325 despite already being fully paid.
As you admit, we paid the bill, yet, you are saying you can cancel a warranty for non-payment? Which one is it, get your story straight. You didn’t cancel the warranty until after you’d been paid.
And you are lying about 1 in 1,000 unsatisfied customer. Google shows 5/46 reviews which is ~1 in 10 or 10% of customer. I don’t know that I would be bragging about numbers.

Our company used Architectural Mall for a recent construction project that included installation of several large fiberglass columns on a historic home. They were very professional and completed the job with no issues at all.

Our experience with Architectural Mall, Inc. was mixed. Despite being reasonably satisfied with the product quality, our encounter with their customer service left much to be desired.
When issues arose with the delivery, instead of receiving helpful assistance, the communication from the owner was confrontational and unprofessional. Rather than seeking to understand our concerns, we were met with nasty accusations and a refusal to take responsibility for any part of the situation.
While Architectural Mall, Inc. may offer decent products, ours arrived slightly damaged. We chose not to reengage with the company about the issue due to the ugly communication. Their customer service needs a serious overhaul. We advise potential customers to proceed with caution and ensure they have a contingency plan in place for any potential issues that may arise during the purchasing process.

We ordered some Corinthian columns and pilasters from Architectural Mall for a project in Rutland, Vermont. TJ, the rep, was great to deal with, super helpful, and responded to emails very quickly. Order process was easy and the columns were shipped quickly and arrived promptly.Very happy with these columns, they are very heavy and solid, not thin like I thought they could be. Rugged for sure, no one sitting on this porch will think they are cheap. They came split in half to fit around the structural posts, and installation was very easy (especially for me because I didn't install them the contractor did - and they were very happy with the process. They were a perfect replacement for the original ones that were rotted and deteriorated beyond use.We just ordered 10 more wood split columns for the interior, can't wait to see how they turn out. Definitely will order again if I have the opportunity to work on another job of this quality.

I knew I wanted a river deck with balustrade railings. I had no idea that the balustrades could be constructed of polymer stone until I was fortunate to find Architectural Mall. I now have a river deck with balustrade railings and a pergola all from Architectural Mall. I have received many compliments and I highly recommend them including their hard working and knowledgeable installation crew, contract administrator and sales team. Thank you, Architectural Mall.
