This is one of the cleanest Chase banks I’ve ever been to. I highly recommend working with Vanja. She is very helpful and so nice. She brings good energy to the environment and makes it a pleasure working with her. I highly recommend her service and this bank to others.

Regrettably, my encounter with Mina Patel did not go well. Despite being a Chase Premier Plus checking account holder and having a safe deposit at the same location, second time Ms. Patel declined to notarize my US government ID documents, This experience left me disappointed and dissatisfied with the level of service provided. I remain hopeful that I will be able to secure notary services elsewhere in the near future.

Great experience at Carol Stream branch.I was very well treated by Michael Flis.Very professional, helpful and polite.The same applies for all employees in this branch!My husband also only goes to Chase in Carol Stream for the same reason.

Genuinely worst experience I’ve ever had with Chase. This week was the first time I went to this branch, and I will never go back. I had questions about a transaction that the teller couldn’t explain because I guess they didn’t have a receipt with the transaction breakdown (which is literally all I wanted. If they could have just explained what my confusion was in a coherent manner, I would’ve been fine). I got passed to the branch manager, who I already knew didn’t want to talk to me based on what I overheard him say to the teller who told him I was waiting. The manager acted arrogant and rude from the first moment he approached mean. He acted like I was stupid for being confused. He literally said “banks aren’t a charitable organization” in such a snotty tone. I was really offended by that comment and attitude. Obviously I know that, but that doesn’t excuse them not being clear about the cost associated with a transaction. Plus it made me feel like a cash cow instead of a valued customer. I honestly have never been treated so rudely by a Chase employee as I was by the manager. Avoid this branch. I feel bad that the tellers have to deal with him.

I have been a faithful Chase Freedom card holder since 2019. I have never had the poor customer service that I've been given over a pending authorization from PayPal (which, by the way, I have an email from the appropriate department at PayPal confirming the canceling of the fraudulent authorization on Monday, July 4, 2002. What happened is that PayPal's system accidentally double authorized a transaction. I notified PayPal at once; the supervisor immediately took care of the double authorization and sent me a confirmation email with confirmation number and everything. I was told that it should fall off of my pending transactions with Chase Freedom within 24-72 hrs. This time frame was confirmed to me by two separate Chase customer service representatives. It is now Friday, July 8th. The correct authorization has changed from pending to posted on both PayPal and Chase Freedom apps. This morning, I asked to speak to a supervisor at Chase because I was told (again by these two previous reps) that it showed on my account that PayPal had canceled the incorrect authorization. They still refuse to do anything to solve this situation. HORRIBLE customer service-- shady and dishonest representation to their customers. STAY AWAY! B. Jeitz
