This place's customer service is awful. We went looking for furniture and the lady working there just looked at us and said hello and nothing else. Not ah is there something I can help you find, no what are you looking to buy, not ah we have a sale. nothing. just horrible. We looked at everything it was all overpriced anyway, so we just left.

This outlet has a wonderful selection and some amazing prices. Sofas, sectionals, tables, paintings, and so much more. Donna was extremely nice and helped us out with our purchase. I bought a super comfortable sofa and I will definitely be purchasing more from here in the future.

Wonderful selection of furniture and small appliances. We bought a couch and 2 coffee makers. I will be going back for dressers in a month or two.

We just bought a new house. We my husband and I need some furniture we can afford. It was reffered to us by a good friend. We love the place. We met Dona the sale lady, and we love her. She knows what shes talking about. Her warm welcome make us spend time to look around and no pressure at all. We ended up buying a sofa and a reading table and a chair, because of the way Dona help us with our furniture. I highly recommend this place and also Dona, so your shopping made easier.

I had never heard of CORT Furniture Clearance Center but stopped there to look for a much needed item for my newly renovated basement. I was so impressed with the reasonably priced, gently used, high-quality furniture and the excellent service I received from Lucas, the sales associate.In the end, I purchased 2 items; a beautiful, decorative, two cabinet chest that I knew instantly was perfect for the room AND what I was searching for, a brown leather storage ottoman. Both pieces proved to be very practical as well.

This place is a must visit! I was hoping to purchase a furniture package for my son ; he was moving into his first place. My son is a 100% service connected veteran, and we needed to furnish his first home economically. I saw the adds for the Cort Outlet in Carol Stream and drove out to see what they could do for me. I had a wonderful experience. The staff works within your budget and is helpful and honest about all of the transaction details. I furnished an entire 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium for 2500. dollars. The delivery and set up were just as good. Please, deal with people who will help you maximize your budget ; no bait and switch here. Ask for Donna, or Lucas …, the delivery team of Jonathan and Miguel cannot be beat; review my photos as proof. Thank you with affection, Cort Furniture folks!

We found great furniture at wonderful low prices for our new house - a perfect dining room set, desk and chairs. Donna Gabriel was extremely helpful and held the furniture for us until our house was ready. I will always look here first when I need furniture.
