Debbie helped me out pick new running shoes as a beginner. Started off with a foot scan, measurement and bringing out many different pairs of shoes. I won’t be going to any other store for running shoes. Awesome experience.

If you want the ideal shoe and perfect fit for your walk/run/jog/sprint or stroll, this is your place. Debbie quickly understood my intent and distilled down a wall of shoe choices to the ideal pair for me. Such a rarity to be treated like a prized customer these days.

Please do not use the machine to check your feet without an employee! There is no sign letting you know you need their personal help in deciphering the color coded message.
They have a large selection of athletic shoes, socks and accessories.
There was plenty of parking spaces.
Off season clothing was on sale.
The front door needs to be opened manually and the aisles may be very narrow for those with handicaps.

Horrible service!!!! I wish that I could give ZERO stars.My Wife was in the Store on a Saturday & the last pair of the shoes she wanted was on hold for another person. My Wife was told that this person had already been called TWICE & that if that Customer didn't pickup the shoes by Sunday, they would notify my Wife and the shoes would be made available to my Wife (She wanted them for our upcoming Vacation)...My Wife received a call on Monday stating that the other person did NOT pickup the shoes & that they were being held for my Wife...I went to the Store within a short period of time that Monday and was told that the other person DID pickup the shoes. She then tried to sell me a different color. I told her my Wife was sold on color she wanted. She then told me that the other person had only been give 2 days, which was NOT true, which I explained, that as of Saturday, the Store had already called her twice and her deadline was supposed to be Sunday. When my Wife received the call on Monday stating that person missed the deadline & the shoes were now being held for my Wife, that should have been honored. However, it was not. I was told that they were ordering the shoes. I advised that we won't be wanting them anymore, based upon these deceptive practices. Very misleading and disappointing!!!

Debbie was amazing. She helped me out to find my hotspots, balance, size and width. She listened to me and my concerns, and really made sure I left the store with the right shoes. She probably pulled out 12 different pairs of shoes for me to try on. I've never gotten service like this for shoes before. It was also busy at the time, and she handled the rush with grace and didn't make me feel like I was being forgotten, or like I was being rushed out of the store. A week later, I'm still thinking about it. And I absolutely love the shoes I left with, they're perfect. Absolutely stellar service, and I'd recommend this store to anyone.

Amazing staff, super helpful, super knowledgeable. Big selection of shoes to cater every need. I have flapjacks for feet, they’re so flat footed, and Jude was able to find the perfect pair for me.Definitely coming back.
