Terrible customer service. Was told to come pick up my package and drove 35 minutes for them to tell me they don’t have my package.
Place is an absolute joke. I requested a hold at location and I wiuld have gotten it delivered normal today but now it’s lost and I’m screwed

any time I ever have a package go through here it says that it’s coming one day and never comes till several later. It’s absolutely ridiculous. They lie.

Worst experience with any delivery company. Multiple times have I had packages come to this location and never reach their delivery date because of this location. I've called multiple times just for them to say there's nothing they can do and that this facility has not been picking up their phones. Another Horrible experience
