The delivery dates are not accurate! It kept delayed. If they couldn’t deliver it on time they should just put the date that they can deliver instead of giving the next business day delivery date. I should have received my package on Tuesday but only received on Friday and they kept saying it will be delivered on the next business days since Tuesday but got only on Friday. It was very frustrating to keep waiting. At some point I thought they had lost my package at the fedex location. The service was used by wayfair so I had no other choice but to wait. If I were to send something, I would never use this service!
Also, the delivery person didn’t ring a bell when it was delivered, it was just left outside my house.

They lie about the delivery schedules for mail, which require a signature! I waited for the car documents, missed three days of work, and still no delivery! But the online schedule at the end of the day shows that there was a delivery, but no one answered the door, even though I was sitting by the window at the time!!! I had to go to Schaumburg and pick up the package there, and even then, it was difficult! And they stuck a bunch of stickers on the package with delivery and return dates! Incompetent people!

This place says they attempt to deliver your package but don't leave a notice. They sent an email saying a delivery was attempted but no notice was left. Nobody could help me at the 800 number but they said it will be attempted tomorrow. So I just have to sit here and pray it comes. I suggest Nobody ever use FedEx for delivery because the tracking system means nothing at all. I will be complaining to the company that has used FedEx and urge them to go elsewhere in the future.

I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Dumb delivery driver said he stopped at the address on the package and said he couldn't find the address. But he never came. I was waiting outside, and he never drove by the building. The next thing I knew, he had already put in Missed Delivery. They need to hire better competent drivers to do the job right. SMH...

My delivery was scheduled on 07.31. Direct signature required. I took day off to receive my package. I waited whole day and the shipment wasn't delivered. They told I wasn't at home, but I waited at home whole day. They rescheduled my delivery at 08.01. I took one more day off and waited. I put the sticker on the door "I am at home!" Today thay told the same thing: I wasn't at home. My shipment is still not delivered. Who will pay for my missed work days? Awful customer service.

I have a very expensive package being delivered and was notified that it was going to arrive early. Sweet! Since then I have received no updates and now convinced it won't arrive at all. It's been 100+ hours since I've gotten any sort of update or my items been scanned. Fedex is terrible at offering any help and I needed to contact best buy to get this resolved

Delivered to the wrong address. They didn’t even seem to try and find the correct address. Ordered a car seat for my child, the picture they send of the delivery being dropped off was not even my front porch. Wouldn’t recommend getting anything delivered by them.

Packages are constantly left at wrong address. Drivers need to ensure they are leaving packages at the correct location. FedEx is the only delivery service that does not deliver our packages to the correct address. Have submitted several complaints but nothing is ever done to correct the issue.
