I went into this location to get a 100k service and a ac perforce check(waste of money) and an oil change. They recommend new brakes and a break fluid flush , that and the oil change went great,BUTTT when it came to the AC part they recommended an entire refrigerant flush SAYING “that would solve most of your issues” about 300 dollars for it.I got a second opinion at another shop with a similar ac check package and it was just low on Freon nothing else wrong with the unit … and that fixed all my problems how sad they are still out here trynna upsell they don’t care about u they care about numbers more, be careful yall

Terrible service, no communication, I called & asked if I can bring my car in to get my battery changed same day & and the guy ( I believe his name was Matt ) said that's fine that I can bring it in at 1pm, I was waiting in the lobby for an hr & decided to get picked up & wait for their call when my car is done. After about 30 min I called them & asked how much longer & was told that they had to order the battery & it will be here at 4pm. No one told me that they had to order & it was going to be awhile when I was waiting in the lobby. I took my car back & went elsewhere.

If I could rate a 0 I would. I have been a Firestone customer for years but this recent experience means I will NEVER go back. Recently my car wouldn’t start. After calling AAA it was clear the battery was improperly installed. It was so loose the AAA technician explained a front end collision could have caused it to explode. We went back to Firestone since they installed the battery. We were accused of intentionally loosening the battery to get money out them. We were completely disrespected and invalidated. Their negligence could have cost me life or the life of my loved ones. Do NOT go to this Firestone.

This Firestone is a Joke along with there on line appointments Tuesday 7th at 8 am the web site confirmed the appointment for a front end alignment I bring the car the following morning to find out that they cancelled the appointment the following day at 6:45 am the next day they are one of the most expensive car repair service in the entire United States and if you go there they're totally empty now cuz they done bankrupted everybody in car repairs Firestone get rid of the online appointments if you're going to confirm them and not stick to them it's just bad from customer service to management I've been an automotive repair for 50 years I've never seen nonsense poorly ran automotive business like Firestone runs they're organization but I guess as long as there's tax loss to file at the end of the year you can treat your customers and run your business the way you want .and it's sad the few times I've used this Firestone facility it speaks for the service I received and filthy washroom stinks and this was a newly built FIRESTONE .

if I could give 0 stars I would! I want to start by saying I've been a Firestone customer for years. NEVER will I go back. I'm not a review poster but this felt important. Recently my car would not start. We called AAA. The first thing the technician noticed was how loose and unsafe my battery had been installed. So unsafe that he explained the battery could have exploded in a front end collision. We went back to this Firestone who installed it. We were accused of intentionally loosening the battery. Why? No idea! We were only asking for the $50 in labor costs back. We were completely disrespected. It is clear the staff here does not care about their customers' safety. Do NOT take your car here.
