Very good friendly communication with Judy and the driver was able to put it in a difficult place for me, top notch company. I started by calling Pods and it was a terrible time trying to get a price from their out sourced Asian call center.

The gentleman that delivered and picked up my storage box did a wonderful job of getting the box in the rear of my house and positioning it so that it was easily accessible. He also did a great job of getting it moved around and up a slanted driveway along the side of the house to be able to load it on his flatbed. He was very conscientious about not damaging the neighbors tree.

We had a great experience for our shop regarding a storage unit. They even carry optional insurance which you can add or remove based on contents value. Judy is very responsive and explains all the fees. They are fair on pricing and a reputable company.
