I recently visited Grease Monkey for an oil change and had a fantastic experience. Ramon and the team, was incredibly helpful and informative throughout the process. He made sure I understood everything being done and answered all my questions with patience. The service was quick and efficient. I will definitely be returning to this location for future maintenance. Highly recommend! This was by far the best Grease Monkey experience I’ve had. He didn't try to oversell products. They were honest about what i needed. The suggestions they made sense and right on point!! Thanks again Ramon

You guys helped me out on a wicked hot day, and I really appreciate it! I've been doing oil changes here for a long time and have always had good service. Came in with 2022 Ford Ranger. Mechanic drained oil, then he started the engine to turn the wheels all the way right to have better access to engine cover from the side I guess. Engine was running for about 20-30 seconds with OIL DRAINED ALREADY. When I asked manager about that , he said that mechanic turned the key to acc mode, when I said that I heard my engine running, he said
that nothing probably happened for 20sec run time. After oil change done, car started with no problems, but anyway I will never again trust those guys.

DIDN'T CHANGE MY FILTER!? I had my oil changed here a few months ago. I then had the next change done by my regular mechanic and he informed me that they didn't change the oil filter. Isn't that standard practice for changing oil?! I feel deceived and will certainly never return. 2 stars because they were at least kind and did the work quickly.
