This location has terrible customer service. The Asian man was very rude when I was trying to describe the haircut I wanted. Told me to go to barber and to hurry up. I was only in the chair for 30 seconds. I decided to get a haircut from another stylist, who was less angry and controlling.

My teenage son, John, gets his haircut here now. He found a new lady, Christina, that he really likes bc she knows how to cut his hair exactly how he wants it. Never too short & never too long. She really knows her stuff & I noticed everyone walking out with a nice cut. She keeps the clients smiling with her wonderful beautiful bubbly personality. I'll be having her do my hair next. I can tell she knows exactly what she's doing & that means alot.

Christina was so sweet & gave me great suggestions for my haircut. Brought my mom in the next day for a haircut because of how nice of an experience it was.

The Sunday AM manager/shift supervisor was extremely rude & dismissive to myself and the other employee at store opening. There was a sign that said that they have the right to refuse service to anyone; when I asked who they refuse service to, she declared “whoever gives me a hard time!” I said that I wasn’t going to get my haircut there and turned to leave. The very nice 2nd employee offered to still cut my hair, but the manager shot her down. There’s a ton of places to get a hair cut around here, I’ll never go back to this location. Great Clips- is it your policy to cater to the whims of an intolerant individual?

I put my 6 year old son on app waitlist for an hour. Got there and they said they were cash only even though the credit card machine was working!. They just wanted to fill up the register. I said I didn’t have time to go to the bank to get cash and they still wouldnt let him get his haircut with a fully functional credit card machine. Just horrendous customer service and no way to do business.

I’ll never go here again. What’s the point of checking in ahead of time if they don’t have your information. But they had my name and number.

Yesterday I had an haircut. POLLY was my stylist.
She has a creative and artistic mindset.
She has an eye for colors and other details. She has effective communication skills.
She is punctual and has a serious work attitude. She is adaptable and can adjust to changes in their environment.
She is a quick and ambitious learner who is always open to feedback.
She is willing to experiment with new techniques and improve further.
She understands different hair types and face shapes to create looks that complement their clients' appearance.
She is friendly, and maintaining a positive attitude throughout the duration of a client's appointment. Thank you POLLY.

This place says they’re open till 8 o’clock, I went there at the door said 9 PM. There’s not a single person in the store at 7:15. Bad business!

I have seasonal allergies which cause me to sneeze.
So when I tried to get a haircut, I was told my sneezing made her “uncomfortable” and was kicked out.
This is the best job she could get so maybe she shouldn’t be so fussy about which customers pay her salary.

Salon is nice and clean. The staff (even though there aren't many) are friendly and courteous. Polly gives the best haircuts I've ever had, she is a master of her craft and I will never go to anyone else again.
