I've been going to this location and had requested Tina each time. I was told she no longer works there. She was amazing and her cuts were very detailed and presice. I went with someone who had never done my hair, and sadly have to report I was very disappointed with the outcome. There is no style to my hair now and it is very unevenly cut. I will really have to think about whether I will return again. The girl who cut it was very nice, but, I was not impressed at all
Update: the manager reached out and my hair was fixed at no charge. Great customer service. I will be back! Thank you!

Came in and asked for a mid fade and now my head looks lopsided since she decided to cut way more off on the left side then the right. Had a bad feeling the moment she said she was part time and has only been working there for 3 months.

I got a haircut along with longish bangs/slight face framing and Alyssa did a phenomenal job !! She made me feel comfortable even though I was really indecisive and didn’t really know how short I had wanted my bangs. I love my new haircut and will definitely be back for her to touch them up ! Maybe even fully commit to the shorter bangs next time !!

I go to the Heritage Plaza store in Carol Stream. Shannon usually cuts my hair, and not only does she do a great job, but she also listens carefully to what I request and does it with precision. Shannon is always friendly but not overly talkative. She is courteous and professional. Others in the shop seem to mirror her professionalism. And 20 bucks for a haircut is a great deal. highly recommend this Great Clips!

Shannon is such a great manager. We would recommend anyone to go see Shannon for a haircut. We went there for my son's first haircut. Shannon listened to us and was super patient with our son. As being a one-year-old at the time was all over the place as you can imagine. But Shannon was friendly and patient with him and now our son just adores her.
