There was a fire in our home and my CPAP as well as my husband’s were damaged by smoke and soot. Neither of us could sleep that evening without our CPAPs and were frantically trying to get replacements ASAP so we could get some rest. We tried 3 different companies and only Integrated (in Carol Stream) answered the phone. They went above and beyond to find machines that day, calibrate them and help us find the most economical options. The staff was super friendly as well as empathetic to our situation. Very grateful for the team that helped bring something positive to an otherwise stressful and difficult day.

I got a call from them today and they said I owed them 240 I said what for I never got a bill from them they said yo make an appointment I have to pay that first I said where do I go they said in Westmont I said I'm don't drive that far its 35 miles away they said yiu vam watch a video

When asked on the phone verbatim "Are you a physical store or do you only ship?," the call-center employee said "One moment..."No. If you are a real business you know if I can come to you or not, you dont have to think.

This company is the worst. They can't seem to understand how to bill insurance companies, they just continue sending invoices for the full amount. You call and get a call center that can't do anything for you, just say they will forward a message to the senior billing department. I've never dealt with such an incompetent company. I don't know how they manage to stay in business.

Poor communication. Multiple unanswered support requests. Med provider reached out to integrated rep more than once and never received any contact back. Was told it was a rental then got a bill they wanted paid 3 business days later for full charge purchase. Support and billing customer service is non existent. One of the worst companies I have been been involved with.

Terrible customer service. After waiting over two weeks for my replacement head gear, they sent the wrong item. I haven’t been able to use my cpap machine for over three weeks now. This company is beyond inept.

First I must say I hate that Linda is gone! She was amazing! When she took over, there was a clearly noticeable difference in customer service which was great. When she left, it was quite noticeably horrible. There are enough complaints about the customer service for someone in charge to address it and make it write. I have had a Zero balance and No Bill since April. I know that’s incorrect. I have been trying to get Billing to fix it for over a month. The representative who is obviously outsourced in another country assures me he’s going to take care of the problem as well as send me a detailed bill in the mail. I told him my account is showing $0.00 balance but he says I owe $500. I am not disputing the amount due, but Im not paying a bill that does not exist online or on paper. We confirmed my account # and my address. He always assured me the technical department would correct the online problem. After 3 calls, NOTHING! No bill, no correction. On your company’s end my bill is accumulating and will effect my credit, but I have no proof that I owe you anything. One thing for sure, I am taking screenshots of my account with current dates for my protection. Whoever heard of a company that won’t properly handling your bill. Prior to the current powers that be, I was getting 3 & 4 invoices in the mail per week which drove me nuts, now I get nothing. Poorly run company on the business end.

The integrated team is awesome! They are Very helpful with our respiratory needs for patients at Burgess Square and patients that we discharge home/ALF. The RT Mark ensures that each patient has exactly what they need. They are very timely, dedicated and a pleasure to work with! Would recommend for all of your respiratory needs!
